Also created a proposal for a web application solution to optimize the process. Proposal consisted of the following: Ethnographic Research, Current Process Audit, User Experience Brief, User Personaes, User Scenarios, Feature Value Matrix, Lo-Fi Sketches, Wireframes, Back End Information Architecture.
